Items without an "ORDER" button are temporarily out of stock, or are brand new items that have not yet arrived. If you wish to order anyway, please call us or Email us using the link at the top of this page and we will advise you of the anticipated delivery date. In the unlikely event you do not see a specific Pacific Play Tents product listed, please advise us and we will special order the item for you and make sure you receive our "Special Sale Price".
SHIPPING
We route through both UPS and FedEx Standard Ground Services, and delivery times for standard ground service are approximately 1-6 business days depending on the distance from our West Coast or Mid-West distribution centers. The day of pick-up is not counted as a delivery day, and deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
Please take note of the message in bold red type at the top of your Shopping Cart Page advising the use of the Shipping Calculator to review shipping options and charges prior to placing your order. A Zip Code and State is necessary for the calculator to work, and if this information is not entered, shipping charges will not be calculated until your order is actually placed.
Please make sure you enter an accurate shipping address to avoid additional address correction charges. Any inaccuracy of the street number, apartment number, street name, city, state, or zip code may result in an "Address Correction" charge by UPS or FedEx.
Expedited delivery options are available, and are noted during the check-out process on the drop down menu for shipping options and charges on your Shopping Cart Page. For your convenience, deliveries are normally sent without a signature required. If you are certain you will be available to accept delivery and wish to specify "Signature Required", please note this in the Customer Comments section of your order. UPS and FedEx are responsible for your shipment once it leaves our facility. While their service is generally excellent, they do not guarantee delivery during extreme weather events or when circumstances beyond their control affect delivery capability. Orders for shipment within the Continental United States are usually shipped within 48 hours not including weekends and holidays via UPS or FedEx Standard Ground Service. If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, just let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you enter your Zip Code and State and select your desired method of shipping from the Shipping Calculator on your Shopping Cart page before your order is placed.
If requested, other forms of shipment may be available at additional cost.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and other US Territories, and Military APO addresses are usually shipped within 48 hours(not including weekends and holidays)via UPS or US Postal Service if service is available. UPS Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you select your desired method of shipping from the drop down menu at the time your order is placed.
Orders shipped to Canada are usually shipped within 48 hours via UPS or FedEx. Please select UPS Standard to Canada as the shipping option from the drop down menu at the time your order is placed. Additional customs and/or duty charges may be collected by UPS or FedEx at thew time of delivery.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to any order delivered within the State of California.
RETURNS
CreativePlay4Less.com wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of shipment. Please follow the return instructions below for prompt and efficient service:
Returned products must be in new and unused condition, and in the original packaging. Returns received without original packaging, or beyond 30 days of shipping, are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. Returns received within 30 days of shipping, and in the original packaging are subject to a 10% re-stocking charge. Any returns due to factory errors or defects in quality will not be charged any re-stocking fees.
Outbound and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Be sure to obtain a tracking number from the shipper you use. This will be helpful in locating your return should it fail to be received by us. In the unlikely event a product is found to be defective or shipped in error, shipping charges may be credited.
Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Please send your return promptly to insure that credit can be issued.
Email us at Service! to obtain an RMA number and Ship To address. All return requests will be answered within 24 hours. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
If shipping damage is evident at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and Email us immediately at Service!. We will contact you within 24 hours to make arrangements for the damaged shipment to be replaced in a timely manner.
Once your order is shipped, any claim for non-delivery resides between you and the carrier. If you did not receive your package and the tracking information shows it was delivered, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. While we will do our best to assist you in filing a freight claim, our responsibility ends when the merchandise is picked up at our shipping facility.
We realize that occasionally a product defect or miscellaneous product service may be necessary beyond 30 days. In such cases, you may contact Pacific Play Tents directly by going to www.pacificplaytents.com, or calling them Toll Free at (877) 722-0083. Simply explain the nature of your problem, and advise them that you purchased the product through CreativePlay4Less.com. Pacific Play Tents is very helpful, and they stand behind their products in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.
